Just 6 weeks to go until the London Marathon

After last week being the hardest yet, this week started at a similar level. Though this time it was low mileage at high intensity. Monday nights run with Scraptoft Joggers started with 3 miles at just over 7 minute miles – a tough start. I did ease up after this and most of the runs this week were at a much more steady pace.
Not meeting this weeks target was not a big concern for me, last week was hard and next week will be harder, culminating with a 20 mile race next Sunday.
