Diary Catch up

OK so, I’ve been a bit lame at keeping the diary entries upto date, so here is a quick summary of Days 5 to 15

Day 5 – Football for an hour. ┬áReally struggled to move around much, think it was stiffness from the previous nights run

Days 6/7 – Rest days

Day 8 – Run up Covet Lane – approx 3.5 miles

Day 9 – Rest day

Day 10 – usual Monday night run with www.scraptoftjoggers.co.uk

Day 11-15 – Didn’t do much, didn’t go to footy this week, busy but also wanted to rest my legs due to aching shins/calfs
